copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission; or
use the Platform or our content for AI training, data mining, or automated analysis purposes.

7. eSIM Service Terms
7.1. The eSIMs we sell provide data-only connectivity for travel purposes and do not include voice or SMS services unless explicitly stated.
7.2. All data plans are prepaid and non-transferable. The duration and data allowance depend on the plan you choose.
7.3. Once activated, eSIM data usage and validity are subject to the conditions of the selected plan and network coverage in the destination country.
7.4. eSIMlii is not liable for disruptions caused by local network providers, coverage gaps, device incompatibility, or changes in regional telecom regulations.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eSIMlii, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
your use or misuse of the Platform, or
your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
eSIMlii will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;
our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for your most recent eSIM purchase;
nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any related dispute shall be governed by the laws of Canada, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise required by law.
