(“eSIMlii”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and digital SIM card services (collectively, the “Service”).
1.2. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using an eSIMlii eSIM or any of our data services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

3.1. eSIMlii offers prepaid mobile data services through embedded SIM cards (“eSIMs”) that enable internet access across multiple international mobile networks.
3.2. eSIMlii does not provide traditional mobile services such as calls or SMS, unless explicitly stated in a specific plan.
3.3. Our eSIMs operate exclusively on compatible and unlocked devices. It is the User’s responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase. A list of compatible devices is available at

4. Eligibility and User Account
4.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
4.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or purchasing a plan.
4.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity occurring under your account.
5. Purchase, Delivery, and Activation
5.1. When you purchase an eSIM from eSIMlii, you will receive installation and activation details via email or through your account.
5.2. Delivery is considered complete once the activation code (QR code or installation link) is sent.
5.3. Each eSIM plan specifies a data allowance and validity period. The plan becomes active upon installation or first connection, depending on the product description.
5.4. You are responsible for installing and activating your eSIM according to the provided instructions. Internet access is required during activation.
5.5. eSIMlii is not responsible for delays or activation failures due to User error, incompatible devices, locked devices, or local network restrictions.
6. Validity and Data Usage
6.1. The eSIM plan is valid until the earlier of (a) full consumption of the data allowance, or (b) expiration of the plan’s validity period.
6.2. Unused data after the validity period will be forfeited and cannot be carried over, extended, or refunded unless required by law.
6.3. The User is responsible for monitoring data usage. Usage details may be available through the eSIMlii platform or the device’s data counters.
7. Network Coverage and Service Limitations
7.1. eSIMlii provides access to data services through partner networks in supported countries. Coverage, quality, and speeds depend on local network operators and may vary due to location, congestion, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
7.2. eSIMlii does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.
7.3. If a plan includes “unlimited” data, fair use and traffic management policies may apply. eSIMlii reserves the right to reduce speeds or suspend service in case of excessive or abusive usage.
7.4. The Service is not intended for machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, tethering abuse, or permanent use in a single country.
8. Payments and Billing
8.1. All purchases are prepaid and processed through authorized payment providers.
8.2. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include taxes as required by law.
8.3. By completing payment, you authorize eSIMlii to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
8.4. eSIMlii reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

9.1. eSIMlii offers refunds under specific conditions. You may be eligible for a full refund if:
The eSIM has not been activated; or
The purchased eSIM is incompatible or locked, preventing use; or
A verified technical issue (beyond your control) prevents connection in a covered location.
9.2. Refunds are not available once data has been used, the plan has expired, or if the issue results from User error (such as deleting the eSIM, incorrect installation, or using an unsupported device).

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
10.1. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date of purchase.
10.2. However, this right does not apply once the eSIM has been activated and the digital service provided, as per Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
10.3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact our support team with your order details before activation.
11. User Obligations
You agree not to:
use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
resell, share, or distribute the Service without authorization;
engage in activity that could harm network stability or integrity;
infringe upon eSIMlii’s or third-party intellectual property;
attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation, software, or systems.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Service without refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and designs on eSIMlii’s website or app are owned or licensed by eSIMlii. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes only.
Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of any materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
13.1. eSIMlii collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
13.2. We only process your information to provide the Service, manage transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. To the extent permitted by law, eSIMlii shall not be liable for:
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
interruptions caused by third-party networks or unforeseen events.
14.2. eSIMlii’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the affected plan.
14.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eSIMlii, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
16. Termination
16.1. eSIMlii may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
you breach these Terms;
your use harms or threatens network integrity; or
required by law or regulation.
16.2. Upon termination, any remaining data balance or validity will be forfeited without refund unless required by applicable law.
17. Modifications to the Service or Terms
17.1. eSIMlii may modify or update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes.
17.2. Updated versions will be published on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
If you reside in a jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protections, those protections remain unaffected.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
